FASHION DIRECTOR

    Fashion Directors are offered two opportunites to assist in their growth while earning supplies and jewelry.  Success Builders: A monthly incentive program in which the fashion director can earn catalogs, jewelry, and other sales tools. The Super Start program offers new directors free kit suppliments during each of their first six months as specific goals are met within the program.  Fashion Directors are paid weekly from show production. Advancement to Branch Director is obtained after having 4 personal qualified shows and sponsoring one new qualified recruit within a calendar month.     

BRANCH DIRECTOR

    Branch Directors recieve weekly overides with paid percentages based upon net sales of the group. The Branch Director is required to submit two personal qualified shows or have one personal recruit each calendar month in order to be paid overrides and annual bonus payments.   Branch Directors also participate in the Success Builders program and continue to earn supplies, jewelry and new edition pieces. This is a very important leadership post within the organization. By helping other recruits reach their goals, the Branch Director continues to reach new heights and can even reach a lateral position prior to promotion to Region Manager.                                                             

REGION MANAGER

     Regional Managers recieve weekly overide commission on the group volume of Fashion Directors, Branch Directors, and Fashion Directors under Branch Directors. The Region Manager also has the potential to earn weekly activity bonuses and Star Fleet payments. The Region Manager is required to submit two personal qualified shows or have one personal recruit each calendar month in order to recieve overrides and bonus pay.   Participation in the Success Builders program ensures ample products and supplies are earned, as well as the opportunity to earn new edition jewelry, designer clothing, and special annual awards. Advancement to Area Manager is possible when the goal of ten personal shows, plus five qualified personal or group recruits is met within two consecutive months. However, by developing four Branch Directors, and meeting the net sales goal for personal and group sales within two consecutive months the Region Manager may double promote to Division Manager.

AREA MANAGER

     Personal weekly commissions increase, and overrides, annual bonus, and Star Fleet payments are paid as earned on a weekly basis. The Area Manager is required to submit two personal qualified shows or have one personal recruit each calendar month. Advancement to Division Manager requires that personal and group net sales goals are met each month for two consecutive months; or by developing three first generation Area Managers. Advancement to Division Manager has an application requirement that must have Home office approval.

DIVISION MANAGER

     Increased commission pay, as well as group overrides and monthly bonuses paid weekly if the Division Manager or group meets their net sales goals. Division Managers must submit two personal qualified shows or have one personal recruit during the commission dates in any given month. A Monthly Recruiting Bonus may be earned provided net/non-commission sales goals are recieved and recruits met their goals on or before the fourth commission closing date following their start date.  Advancement to Senior Division Manager is based upon meeting personal and group net sales volume each month for two consecutive months excluding the months of October and November, have met the minimum goal of developed managers, completion and approval by the Home Office of the application. The position of Division Manager has additional advantages based upon reaching persoanl goals as well as those within the infastructure built by the Division Manager and his/her team.

*Commission rates range from 30% to 50% based upon placement within the infastructure as well as experience with the party planning business.
